Resonance is a limited beta product. Access may be changed, paused, or revoked at any time while the product is being tested and improved.

You may use Resonance only for lawful purposes and only in ways that do not interfere with the product, other users, or third-party systems.

You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, abuse the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the product to generate unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.

You retain responsibility for the prompts, imported material, and final content you choose to publish or distribute.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload or connect the content you use with Resonance.

Resonance uses AI systems that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading output. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any output before relying on it or publishing it.

If paid plans are enabled, pricing, trial periods, renewal terms, and billing management are handled through the checkout and billing tools made available in the app.

The beta service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resonance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the product is being misused, creates risk, or needs to be changed materially during the beta period.
