Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 6, 2026
This policy explains how Resonance collects, uses, and handles information when you access the limited beta product.
What We Collect
We collect the information you provide directly to Resonance, such as your email address, profile details, connected account information, imported posts, prompts, generated drafts, and product context you add in the app.
We also collect basic usage and device information needed to operate, secure, and improve the beta product.
How We Use It
We use your information to authenticate you, personalize your workspace, generate drafts in your voice, process billing, maintain the service, and understand how the beta is being used.
We may use service logs and feedback to debug failures, improve quality, and prevent abuse.
Third-Party Services
Resonance relies on third-party infrastructure and AI providers to operate the product. These may include Supabase for authentication and data storage, model providers for generation and analysis, Vercel for hosting, and Stripe for billing.
Your use of Resonance may involve sending relevant content and metadata to those providers strictly for product functionality.
Data Retention And Beta Access
Because Resonance is in limited beta, we may review imported content, prompts, and generated drafts to support onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.
We retain data for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and support the beta program.
Your Choices
You can stop using the service at any time. If you want your beta account data removed, contact us and we will process the request subject to legal or operational obligations.
